At The Stylesmiths, the health and safety of our clients and team is our top priority. With that in mind, we want to give you an insight into the daily steps we take, as well as the additional cautionary steps we are taking, to be extra vigilant amid growing concerns around Coronavirus (COVID-19).
OUR TEAM
Our staff are cleansing their hands before and after each client interaction and continue to follow strict infection control protocols as issued via government guidelines.
Staff have been advised to maintain social distancing and will avoid shaking hands, hugging, etc. They’re not being rude; we’re just trying to keep you and our team safe.
In some cases, we may require conducting meetings via Video Chat, phone calls and emails. Fortunately face to face meetings equates around 2% of work when working on a design project, so we envisage no real disruptions to your project.
Any team members that have recently travelled to an affected area are quarantined for a 14-day period. They may choose to work with you via email and phone calls within the quarantine period.
As the additional precautionary step our head office has initiated self-isolation with our HQ team working from home with no changes to our operations.
OUR CLIENTS
As many of our clients frequently travel for work and leisure, we ask that you adhere to the advice from the Australian Government and World Health Organisation regarding the spread and containment of Coronavirus.
If you have returned from any of the countries listed on government advisory websites in recent weeks we ask that you inform your designer and reschedule any meetings to a date that is 14 days or more from the date of your arrival back to Australia provided that you are fit and well.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As with any illness, we advise any client who is not feeling well (whether it is a cough, cold, runny nose, headache, sore throat, etc.) to reschedule your appointments until you are feeling better. Please call or email us.
In the event that you have met with one of our designers within the previous 14 days and have since been diagnosed as having contracted Coronavirus, or have been in proximity to someone who has been diagnosed as having contracted the virus, we ask that you make us aware immediately so that we can take necessary action for the safety of our team and clients.
OUR SUPPLIERS
Importantly, some of our suppliers have been impacted by disruptions in the global supply chain due to the effects of the virus and we are trying our best to mitigate arising issues.
However, other suppliers have on shore suppliers and are ready to meet the challenges in the delivery of projects.
Thank you for your support and commitment to the health and well-being of our community
